Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation window
You can cancel any booking free of charge within 5 minutes of confirmation, provided a driver has not yet started moving toward your pickup point.
Late cancellation
Cancellations made after the driver has been dispatched may incur a cancellation fee of ₹50 for local trips and ₹150 for outstation or rental trips.
Driver no-show
If the driver fails to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, you can cancel at no cost and any pre-paid amount will be fully refunded.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For any refund queries, contact support from the Help section.
